- conclusion of a long-term contract for the provision of hotel services (with law. person or IP).
- 100% prepayment by Bank transfer before arrival.
- providing a corporate discount of 10% for groups of 10 people or individual travelers for a period of 5 days.

- visit to the gym (1 time/day)

Restrictions on the shares:
- the number of rooms is limited; availability of the desired room must be specified in advance
